I'm a product designer with a background in journalism, iOS development, and UX design. I began my career as an iOS developer at LINE, a messaging platform widely used across Asia, where I worked on an enterprise collaboration service. I then joined NAVER, one of South Korea's leading technology companies, as a UX designer, designing local community services and map-based experiences that help people discover places and find personalized recommendations. At The Rich, a fintech startup focused on social investing, I was an early team member and lead designer, helping build the product from scratch and contributing to its success.
I enjoy understanding what people need and solving problems through design. My development background helps me balance user needs with what can actually be built, and my interest in psychology and philosophy makes me curious about how people think, act, and make decisions.
I'm now in the Master of Digital Media program, working with people from many different fields. I'm especially interested in how technology can go beyond convenience to encourage healthier habits, connect people, and make everyday life more meaningful.
