Ramineh is a visual artist and graphic designer. She studied in the Bachelor of Painting program for 3 years in Iran where she explored various drawing and painting techniques, art theory and materials. After she immigrated to Canada, she continued her studies in the Bachelor of Fine Arts program at Simon Fraser University. The program enhanced her understanding of historical and philosophical frameworks of contemporary art. Seeking new challenges, Ramineh then started an intensive 6 month Graphic Design program at BCIT where she studied courses in Adobe software, colour management and business strategy techniques. Ramineh’s interest in website design also led her to take Web Development and Design courses at BCIT where she learned basic and advanced web technologies, including HTML 5 and CSS 3. Ramineh interned and worked at various software, game and marketing companies. To expand her knowledge of interdisciplinary digital media, Ramineh joined the Master of Digital Media program.
