Henil is a 3rd-year Computer Science student at UBC Vancouver with a focus on immersive and visual technologies, and a particular interest in how people interact with digital systems. He builds interactive experiences that bring together software, design, and real-time visuals — spanning spatial interfaces, XR simulations, and experimental prototypes. He has also developed a wide range of full-stack applications, competed in hackathons, and supported younger developers in learning to make video games. Currently, Henil is working with UBC's Faculty of Medicine EdTech team to deliver XR learning experiences for medical learners across the province, and with the Centre for Digital Media to develop an immersive VR experience with Metro Vancouver that makes complex urban planning information more accessible to the public.
