Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) is a widely recognized public postsecondary institution specializing in public safety.

The Centre for Teaching, Learning & Institution (CTLI) develops training, curricula and resources for JIBC programs and for external clients. It  has a reputation for being a highly knowledgeable innovator of educational technologies in support of teaching and learning. CTLI expertise centers on emerging educational technologies, on-the-job mobile training and simulation/scenario-based training.

JIBC offers degrees, certificates, diplomas and professional development for emergency services, law enforcement and justice and more. Annually, JIBC trains 32,000 students remotely and in-person at campuses in Canada and worldwide.
