Bringing legal help to where help is needed with Justice Data and Design Lab, BC Access to Justice Centre for Excellence

Canada has an access to justice problem. The Justice Data and Design Lab is trying to address that by creating innovative solutions with user-generated content, artificial intelligence (AI), and large language model (LLM). The goal of the project is to accelerate the paradigm shift in the justice system to a human-centric, evidence-based approach. The team is exploring how technology can help people get quality advice about the law effectively via online platforms.
